Organizational Announcement - January, 2011

We are pleased to announce that Carolyn Mills has accepted a position as Quality Manager, effective Tuesday, January 4^th 2011.  Carolyn will be tasked with many responsibilities including  preparing for the transition to ISO certification, vendor and supplier development and working with manufacturing to improve current processes and resulting quality.  In addition, Carolyn will be working on continuous improvement projects throughout the  company.   

Carolyn comes to us with over 25 years of quality experience in various manufacturing companies.  She has worked hands on as a quality technician and worked up to a management role.  She has vast experience in different quality certifications including, ISO, QS and TS (automotive standard).

In her new position, Carolyn will report to Bret Viant, General Manager.

October, 2010 - Stenco Mill - Harbor has recently purchased a large horizontal mill with a bed length of 120" bed and over 4000 lb capacity.
